Terms of service

MadeVia.ai is a trading name of Happy Webs. These terms apply when you access madevia.ai, create a MadeVia account, subscribe to Structura AI, or use a MadeVia-issued desktop licence. By doing so, you agree to these terms.

If you use MadeVia for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation. Contact support@happywebs.co.uk with questions.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• Each paid seat is for one authorised person and may be mapped to one approved machine at a time, subject to reasonable reset and support processes.
• Organisation owners and administrators are responsible for assigning seats and removing access when a person no longer needs it.
• Do not share licence keys, defeat hardware binding, or use more active seats than your subscription permits.

You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by a failure of MadeVia’s systems. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or licence has been compromised.

Structura AI is billed monthly per seat at the price shown in Stripe Hosted Checkout. A valid payment method is required when starting a seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the subscription price for the selected seat quantity and continue charging each billing period until cancellation.

Stripe handles payment collection, invoices, payment-method updates, seat-quantity billing adjustments and the customer billing portal. Applicable taxes may be added. Changes to seat quantity may be prorated by Stripe.

You may cancel through the customer billing portal. Unless Checkout or the portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. A trial cancelled before its end will not convert to a paid subscription.

Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we may suspend or revoke entitlements while Stripe retries or the account is brought current.

While your organisation has an active entitlement, MadeVia grants each assigned user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use Structura AI for internal professional work on an approved machine.

Licence verification requires periodic communication with MadeVia. A successful check returns a signed, short-lived authorisation. Access may stop when a trial or subscription expires, payment fails, a seat is removed, a licence is revoked, or use breaches these terms.

The software, site, brand and related materials remain owned by Happy Webs or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Structura AI assists professional workflows; it is not a substitute for engineering judgement, checking, approval or compliance with applicable standards. AI output and computer actions can be incomplete or wrong.

You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions and output, maintaining suitable backups and version control, validating drawings and calculations, and ensuring that qualified people approve work before it is relied upon or issued.

Do not use MadeVia to:

• break the law, infringe rights, or process material you are not authorised to use;
• probe, disrupt or bypass security, rate limits, licence controls or access restrictions;
• reverse engineer or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• introduce malware, automate abusive requests, or interfere with other users;
• resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties without written agreement.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, and will seek to give notice where practical.

We work to keep MadeVia reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party services, security events and internet conditions may affect access.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. If a material change significantly reduces a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where practical. We may update these terms and will identify the current version by date.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, MadeVia is provided without implied warranties and Happy Webs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or losses arising from unreviewed AI output or automated actions.

For paid business use, Happy Webs’ total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by your organisation for the service during that period. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

You may stop using MadeVia and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use. Where the breach can reasonably be fixed, we may give you an opportunity to do so.

Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may have mandatory rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction.
