Structura is deliberately not a substitute for competent professional review. It makes the current context, next action and verification path visible so the user can decide what to approve.
Control who can run the desktop app
Each assigned employee seat maps to one approved machine. Administrators can revoke or rotate a seat as the team changes.
Separate billing from engineering data
Stripe handles subscription checkout, invoices, payment methods and cancellations. MadeVia stores the minimum organisation and licence state needed to enforce access.

How is Structura AI billed?
Structura AI Team is £49 per seat per month excluding VAT, with a seven-day free trial. Stripe collects a card at checkout and handles subscription billing.
Can we change the number of seats?
Yes. Organisation administrators can manage subscription quantity through the Stripe customer portal, subject to the configured limits and proration rules.
What happens when a subscription ends?
Stripe webhook events update the organisation state. Revoked or inactive subscription access no longer produces a valid desktop authorisation.
